Is the artwork created by you?

Yes. Art by Kikajo designs begin with original artwork created by artist Krista Thomas using mediums including watercolor, pen and ink, acrylic, and mixed media. Select original designs are then professionally reproduced as fine art prints, framed canvas and other art-inspired products.

Are the products original paintings?

Unless a product listing specifically states that you are purchasing an original painting, products such as fine art prints and framed canvas are reproductions of original Art by Kikajo artwork. Please refer to each product description for exactly what is included.

Can I personalize my artwork?

Many of my framed wall-art designs can be personalized with a name or special wording. Products that offer personalization will clearly show that option on the product page.

Can I see my personalization before I order?

Yes! On products with the live personalization feature, you can enter your wording and see it appear on the artwork before placing your order.

Please check spelling, capitalization and wording carefully before ordering.

Can all artwork be personalized?

No. Only products specifically marked as personalized can be customized. Fine art prints and some other collections are offered exactly as the original artwork was created.

What sizes are available?

Available sizes vary by product. The size choices for each piece are shown directly on its product page.

Are frames included?

It depends on the product.

Framed Canvas products include the frame described on the product page.

Matte Fine Art Prints are sold unframed unless the individual product listing states otherwise.

Will the colors look exactly like my screen?

I work to represent my artwork as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished product because of differences in monitor settings and the printing process.

Lifestyle images may also be used to demonstrate how artwork could look in a room. Please refer to the product images and description for specific product details.

Are your products made to order?

Many Art by Kikajo products are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed rather than keeping large quantities of finished products in inventory.

How long does shipping take?

Production and delivery times vary depending on the product. Please refer to the product page and Shipping Policy for current shipping information.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Art by Kikajo by email as soon as possible.

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so I can review the issue and help you with the next steps.

Can personalized products be returned?

Because personalized products are created specifically using the information you provide, different return conditions may apply.
